Theme Day - Environment and energy: World Challenges

On 15 November 2014 the Forum for South Asia Studies participated in an exciting day of lectures and fun activities at Museum Gustavianum. 

In the morning, from 10:30, FSAS contributed with a lecture on "The Environment and Energy in South Asia - challenges and prospects at a glance" to the discussion on envirionemtal and energy challenges around the world. 

In the afternoon the Forum for South Asia Studies exhibit ed its work and showcased recent research publications on South Asia by Uppsala scholars. In addition we offered a Kathputli puppet theatre and Devanagari workshop workshop for our small visitors.
